A weekend in the mountains with Aerial Yoga!

You can discover Austria by hiking, mountainbiking, climbing, flying fox, rafting oder summer bob in a beautiful surrounding. If you like it more relaxed, you can enjoy the stunning nature or chill in the spa of mama thresl. In the mornings and evenings there will be Aerial or Vinyasa Yoga, which we can do on the rooftop or at platforms in the calm forest.

Friday:

from 3 pm: Welcome circle and check in

4-5.30 pm: Aerial Vinyasa Flow flying and on the ground

6 pm: Delicious french tartes, salad bowl and dessert

21 pm: Welcome party at the island bar

Saturday:

9-10 am: Wake up Vinyasa Flow on the Rooftop

Breakfast until 11 am

from 11.30 am: Free time to do the adventures you like! I’ll offer a guided hike to the Birnbachloch (link below). Or just relax in the spa, indoor climbing in the hotel, rafting, Aerial Yoga Flips & Tricks,…

5.30 – 7 pm: Partner Aerial Yoga with massage elements

from 7 pm: BBQ all you can eat

from 21pm: Another party at the island bar if you’re still not tired

Sunday:

8.30 -9.30 am: Vinyasa Flow with Yin Yoga elements, platforms in the forest

Checkout and Breakfast until 11 am

Then it’s time to say goodbye! There will also be time for aerial yoga photos and you can shower in the spa after check out.

Nice rooms with stone pine wood, rock shower, natural stone washbasin,
