Part 2 of our COOLINARIK series @ hendl fischerei!

After we started our culinary series COOLINARIK with “Snow & Beef”, we are looking forward to welcoming more special guests on 02.03.19.

From 12.00 – 15.00 o’clock Christoph Brand of “Fliegende Köche” and Veronique Witzigmann will take care of us –

the daughter of the cooking legend Eckart Witzigmann and our expert for sweets at mama thresl and Priesteregg.

Christoph creates the “Thresl-Dog” with salmon caviar, truffle mayo, roasted onion crumble, roman salad and parmesan and Veronique conjures baked candy from the giant pan.
