On 10.4. 2022 “The Butcher” – the winemaker & master butcher Johann Hans Schwarz from Andau in Burgenland comes to us at hendl fischerei.
There will be sausages made by him on this day, he will prepare a Blutwurstgröstl at the entrance and our guests can taste his wines.
