I’m Sarah and I love colorful. Hopefully my yoga classes are the same. A colourful mix of strength and stretching and really for everyone. I came to yoga through many other sports (fitness, running, snowboarding, surfing, mountain sports) years ago because I found it a good addition to other sports. In the meantime I do it more than anything else because I think it is simply good for me. I am happy if I can convince others that yoga is not just for housewives and softies. I teach a Vinyasa Yoga style influenced by Ashtanga and certainly also by fitness, which can make you sweat. But nobody has to be ashamed if something doesn’t work out right away or if a pose doesn’t look perfect. In the end most of it is just practice. The main thing is that you have fun trying yourself out.
