Our house speciality: delicious filled tarte flambee straight from the oven!

mama thresl’s classic – oven-fresh tarte flambee. Daily from 12 midday until 10pm, naturally in Alsatian style, with bacon and leek. Or rather with asparagus, ham, mozzarella and pine nuts or vegetarian with goat cheese, zucchini, olives and figs?

Mama has also thought of lovers of crisp salads or fresh pasta and as a sweet conclusion we have our creamy organic ice cream from the Eismanufaktur Greissler. Yummy!
