Winter in Leogang is more than just skiing. There are plenty of things to do beyond the ski slopes!

What’s pretty cool is that we have the right terrain for every winter sports enthusiast. mama thresl caters for all types – no matter whether snazzy snowboarder, cute ski gal, speedy cross-country skier, accomplished biathlete, or passionate snowshoe hiker!

If you prefer to stay in the valley, get in touch with the guys from Langlauf Spaß, who will introduce you to 150 kilometres cross-country ski tracks in Leogang and its surroundings. And if attaching your feet to a pair of skis is not your thing, you will be happy to hear that the free-of-charge Saalfelden Leogang Card is also available in winter. Among other freebies, you’ll get one up and down ride with any gondola or cable car in the Saalfelden Leogang region per stay. This enables you to enjoy the surrounding summits without skis and venture out on a high-altitude hike in the snow. You can also use your free ride to join one of our hip events at the hendl fischerei ;-).).

Speedy toboggan tracks, a safe natural ice skating rink, unique winter hiking trails and a romantic ride in a horse-drawn carriage nicely round up our ski-free winter programme.
